Terms of Service
RepStryde | Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the RepStryde application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
RepStryde operates as a multi-sided platform connecting three user types:
- Normal Users (Athletes/Trainees) — individuals tracking personal fitness
- Fitness Trainers — professionals guiding trainees' training programs
- Nutritionists — professionals guiding clients' dietary plans
Each user type has distinct responsibilities and rights. These Terms apply to all users equally unless specified otherwise.
2. Service Description
RepStryde is a comprehensive fitness and nutrition tracking platform that enables:
- Personal Tracking — workout logging, meal tracking, macro monitoring, body measurements, and progress photos
- Coach Connections — optional one-way data sharing with a connected trainer and/or nutritionist
- Coach Tools — for trainers and nutritionists to manage clients, assign programs, and monitor progress
- Menstrual Cycle Tracking — private cycle tracking (not shared with coaches)
RepStryde is currently offered as a completely free service. No paid tiers, premium features, or advertisements exist in v1.0. All users have access to all features at no cost.
3. User Eligibility

5.2 Coach Access is Your Choice
Data shared with coaches remains your data. Sharing is not permanent:
